Who wants to sell me some epower?

Only hope at this stage is to look at trying to figure out a zombifying a 7970 lightning or something like that, and there is very limited info on something like that.

It's much easier to zombie something than it is to make a zombie IMO. Assuming, at least, that you can get the inductors off. That can be a good trick.

If you can convince EVGA to product a constant supply of EPowers you'll be a hero in the eyes of overclockers everywhere!

hey XA or any titan user, could you please measure for me the area where you remove the resistor for PLL. Across and to ground, before the mod i had 3.75k to ground and 4.4k across the resistor, then after removing it and replacing with 10k vr i get 8.3k to ground and any value i set on the vr i get across. so if i set 6.1k default (wasnt default on mine tho) i do get 6.1k across but to ground still stayes 8.3k and the default before the mod was 3.75k, anyone got ideas?

im booting and the motherboard instantly doesnt detect the card, vcore and vmem voltage reads fine (.9vcore and 1.4mem ) but pll stays .04v. Can someone help me understand the pll mod or give me some values, i would appreciate it.

attached is a pic of my situation: the red and black wires are just where i point the DMM sticks and what output i get

It's usual resistor divider on VSENSE
8.3K is your bottom (GND) resistor.
6.2K is your top (VCC) resistor.

So you need either increase GND resistor or decrese VCC resistor to get PWM controller increase your voltage.
Resistance to GND from middle point is not need to measure, you should only care about actual ratio across divider.

Usually for such mods easiest is to set proper resistance on VR first (not soldered to anything). In your case - 6.2K. Then remove original 0402 R from card, and solder preset VR to points. Card now should power on with PLL around stock voltage.
Then adjust VR to get higher or lower.

It's really simple
