Cross-flashing boards or P6X58D Prem BIOS on P6T Deluxe

I am trying to get rid of turbo multiplier throttling during load on my P6T SE and i think crossflashing with P6T WS Proffesional/special P6T Deluxe BIOS is the only way left (if it is possible..) Has anybody tried it out on P6T(non Deluxe)/P6T SE and can tell if it works? (i don't have programmer and i don't want to brick my board either )

Well, after going to the local PC store and making sure that they have programmer at hand i decided to crossflash my P6T SE with the latest P6T WS Professional BIOS - it worked out nicely At the moment i'm testing stability of my Xeon E5649 at x20 x 206 BCLK and thanks to P6T WS Pro BIOS i have High TDP Turbo Mode option available which eliminates turbo multiplier throttling under load
