I wonder is it possible to flash a P6X58D Premium to a R3E?

Does the P6X5D Premium BIOS have the "CPU Turbo Power limit" override option, as seen in the P6TWS Pro BIOS?

So for 2D benching on the P6T Dlx, you would recommend flashing to the P6TWS Pro BIOS?

Is it possible to cross-flash a normal P6T (no SE no DLX) to a P6T DLX? The boards do seem very similar.
Especially since the DLX version allows you to change the PCIe speeds (either 16/16/4 or 16/8/8) which is exactly what I need. |

I am tempted, however I do not own a BIOS programmer... If someone confirms having done this succesfully I'll probably have a go at it.
I've been looking online for a BIOS programmer, but I found that most of them you need to built yourself. Which is not really suiting for me... If I would have I programmer, I definitely would try it out. |
