Default X79 FTW & 3930K

I set the Multi to 34 in Bios, go to desktop it shows 3400 for a min then drops to 3200. Have Eleet installed and Enabled in bios. Have all C state disabled, have EIST Disabled with Turbo Enabled. Does anyone know why this would be happening? This is a First Rev FTW not the newer K2 Rev.

Looks like a glitch with Real Temp! I have EIST and Turbo Enabled. Set Ratio Limit to 50 and Multi to 40. It is running Prime for 5 mins with CoreTemp open and Eleet Enabled.
