Default 1080 CLASSIFIED EVBOT FW

Here is an updated FW for 1080 CLASSIFIED for EVBOT voltage control. Pascal 1080 gpu has limitations with voltage, so use at your own risk.

1080 CLASSY EVBOT FW

wow that would be really cool. Even if it's not possible I am still really excited for it, just to have built in evbot for powerboard will be great, but the old epowers are still amazing and there are so many older evga cards that are amazing going back to 285 classy so something for those cards would be an awesome bonus. Either way it's exciting.

Hi,

Okay so to clarify; there is a new upcoming "epower" board that also has full built-in EVBOT functionality with all the connections and normal options of the old EVBOT? (that won't require cutting and soldering a brand new 900 graphics card :-)

Don't get me wrong; in a year or two I would be more willing to try more drastic mods. But not just yet :-) For some of us -- purchasing one these "hobby" items (card, evbot, cooling etc etc) is sometimes 2/3rds of a months left-over wages after all bills have been paid. I've seen myself even *eat* less for two weeks before while saving lol. There's a time for everything and I'd rather get to grips with the basics before I begin learning stuff in the 'danger zone' :-)

Is there an estimated release date? And when its released where might we find this? On the kingpin cooling shop or from EVGA?

Thanks so much,

Nick :-)

Should be soon. This is an EVGA product so it will be on evga north american retail site. Yep thats the plan, it can work as a standalone evbot voltage controller AND Epower w/ onboard evbot voltage controller.
