Yes or you can drain off the non-GND side to another GND somewhere, your choice. Can't verify VR value W/O knowing the original resistance.

Mine is a 3640, but I believe its still the same layout. I need to directly connect to that pin, but I can't see where the tracers go :/

Work with your camera+macro/lighting a bit, if you have a decent camera you will be OK. Or if you suck @ that then just post a decent pic.

VID mod request

TwinTech 9800GT 512mb
ISL6312 PWM
FB mod do not work, 3DM2006 @max1.27v possible (1.22v default load vGPU)

I attached pictures with PWM area on both sides, marked vid pins conections (vid5/vid6 are not connected)

Thanks

L.E.

Connecting the OVPSEL to VCC give me ~1.30v, after that shutdown occur again.

I try to play with VID0-4 resistors on ISL side but no VID change, still 1.16v idle win - ~ 1.20v 3D load.

V0 resistor is 1k and V1-4 are 10kilo.

They are digital. So to make "zero" by VID table - you need to desolder resistor. To make "one" by table - you need to solder 1-10k resistor. Try that
