Updated the top of the thread with a fresh XOC bios that addresses numerous bug fixes that came along with 350+ Geforce drivers and xoc bios.

Thank you k|ngp|n definitely appreciate you updating us.

Anyone, I'm looking for help with these two issues:

Newest 780ti kp bios, was the fix achieved by forcing a certain power state? Flashed to 780tikp_xoc2C.rom and noticed my power states don't go down to the 600mhz and is forced into 901mhz now. What I'm trying to ask is, does this have something to do with the fix or is this a separate issue?

How can I edit the latest bios, kepler bios tweaker gives me this error

That's the same thing on 980KPE card, I believe a power target have been set to this value, on purpose I believe, so we can't edit those new bioses.
I tested this new bios and my achievable clock was way lower than the original XOCkpti (modded) at the same voltage.
Although, I'd like to know what are the bug that got fixed related to the drivers 350+.
Are the stock bios even affected to those issues as well?

XOC bios that are posted here wont be editable in any way..its a protection measure against big green.

So ALt4...all the power states should be fully enabled on that bios. Can you give me more details?
I can make it for you as I'll be doing another round of bios updates soon on the cards solve some new things NV put in their lovely 353.30 drivers .
Usually on XOC/OC bios we typically modify the p-states to one or two modes because it helps a lot with LN2 overclocking and throttling that will occur when other power states are shifting..

Will try my best to explain and thank you for the help!

I monitor cpu/gpu temps/speeds so I'm aware the GPU memory clock speed stays at max. I'm running multi monitor display and expect this, core for GPU usually sits at ~600mhz(~623mhz or whichever it may be, can't recall) through average use

I did flash to the newest bios and noticed in the same situations the gpu would stay at ~901mhz instead of that usual ~600mhz. I'm not sure if this helps but when I load up the older bios in bios tweaker and look at boost states, the P05 profile is the one I thought my cards were skipping.

After what you explained I'm not too worried though, as long as I didn't break something on my end and everything within the bios is okay that is great. I've been trying to avoid NV drivers recently because of the TDR mess but when you put out a bios update for Kepler K|NGP|N's I couldn't resist the urge to flash.
