To make guess easier, i give you all a hint:

These are main chips (except ATMEL MCU will be in another package) which this product will use. Google what these chips can do and make the total idea what is product about.

I'm waiting!

Maybe most smart man will get free result of product operation

Ah, and one more hint:

Product will need powerful cooling. Most powerful from available for small money. Even full boiling Kingpincooling.com Venom pot can't handle such loat at once
So, i will use six to eight extremely powerful and loud 120x120x50mm finger-killer fans.

See, two awesome hints!

OK it's not for cards, it could be for RAM but I think it's really to power the CPU itself. ADE7755 will monitor output's and there will be a software UI so we can happily do what we must to a CPU

Digital voltage controller with multiple outputs.
Considering the circuit complexity and the IC count you mentioned I'd bet that it doesn't stop there.
OCP / OVP indicators.
Voltage monitoring ?
Switching frequency control for VID/Resistor network controllable PWM contr. ?
Digital VID control ?

thebluemeanie1

huh, what? If this is for ln2 pot testing, what for 6-8 high-cfm fans ? :-D No.

BenchZowner

Nice try, but push more. Wrong direction.
There are NO inductors onboard.

Huh what? pwm controllers usually are placed in one small IC, not big 245 x 140mm board with 4 layes, aren't they

Your variants are too simple man. Raise the complexity.

One last hint. This device don't require operator attention for long time. Just set, fire it up, and go for coffee. It's automated.
And not related to LN. And ADE7755 chip is not usual A/D convertor.

Is it ... the end of human overclocking?

Some kind of device that tests the overclocking capabilities of CPU/VGA. Set voltage/frequency, test, get feedback and adjust v/mhz accordingly?
