Default Maximus-407

I just finished up my latest build, so I thought I would share some specs and pictures. Please feel to comment or ask questions. I don't want to bore anyone with a lot of text so I'll jump right into the build.

Hardware Specs:

- Intel i5 2500k @ 5GHz
- ASUS Maximus-IV Extreme P67
- 8GB Corsair Vengeance LP Arctic White (waiting on arrival)
- 2 x HD6950 with HD6970 Shaders unlocked
- 2 x Corsair Force 3 120GB SSD
- Seasonic X 750W PSU
- Silverstone TJ07 Case

Cooling Specs:

- XSPC RX480 480MM Radiator
- EK Supreme HF CPU Block
- 2 x Koolance VID697 GPU Blocks
- 2 x MCP355 Pumps
- EK Dual DDC Pump Top
- EK 250ml Cylinder Reservoir
- 4 x Noiseblocker PL-2 Fans
- Bitspower 1/2" ID Fittings
- Primochill 7/16" ID Tubing

Custom Specs:

- Custom made drive bay cover with LED edge lit plexiglass
- Chilled-PC custom TJ07 backplate
- Internals painted a custom black blend

Future Plans:

- Switch HD6950 video cards for GTX580 SLI or Tri-SLI setup (need help for that one, lol!)

The case looks very good inside and out. How do you like that G.Skill ram? What are you temps on the CPU and GPU?

The GSkill RAM is great, but it's getting replaced as soon as my new kit from Corsair arrives. It's the 4GB (2x2GB) 6-8-6-24 kit that easily runs at 2133 cas 9 with 1.65v or cas 7 1866 @ 1.55v...unfortunately I need 8GB so this RAM has got to go.

Temps are great for an overclocked system IMO. The CPU idles at 31C (average 4 cores) and loads less than 60C (5.0GHz @ 1.41v loaded). GPU1 and GPU2 idle at 30C and 31C respectively and load around 50C after hours of gaming. There's about a 3C load difference in GPU1 and GPU2 but that's more because I didn't do as good of a job applying the TIM on GPU2.
