Default 7970 Transistor housing knocked off (what do?)

I honestly dont know where to post this on this forum. But i bet you guys cut up a lot of 7970s so i thought id ask on here.

Apparently i somehow knocked a bit of the transistor housing off, and i was wondering if i should try to fix it by putting a dab of glue on the copper to cover it up, or replace it? Or just leave it and hope nothing happens. Card still works though.

Whats your thoughts?

If I were you I'd look at getting some epoxy glue (the black stuff used to cover ICs etc) and cover the component to prevent the transistor gate from oxidizing as it's now exposed to the open air.

OR if you're confident and are 100000% sure you have the correct replacement part, I personally would replace it. Those SOT style transistors are very easy to remove and resolder.
