very odd... can't say Ive experienced the same issue. and I have epowered a bunch.
With low voltage the droop will be low... when you start pushing the droop will grow.

Have you used that epower...

I have heard this one works.. but doesn't display voltages properly.. so ya need to make sure with a multimeter to make sure... Plus I only think it works for...
